Speed training tip of the day, how you move your arms is not as important as the when of  moving your arms.

Just moving them back and forth or holding them in a certain position will not aid you in reaching your speed potential.

Just ran my best no warm up 800 run in 2:20, normally I run in 2:30. This is my first no warm up run in 5 months. Heart rate was 189 at the end of the run and after 1 minute of rest it was down to 117. Go Asymmetrical running!
